Here’s what we made for our week’s meals:
(1) Turkey “Fried” Rice – We do frozen corn instead of frozen peas.
(2) We made seasoned pork tenderloin on the charcoal grill, hasselback sweet potatoes and broccoli in the oven with some EVOO, salt and pepper. No recipe link for the pork tenderloin, we just seasoned to our taste.
(3) Breakfast: Kale Lemonade Juice, eggs, chicken sausage and hash browns. * my husband doesn’t drink my juices or smoothies
