This was great and easy to prepare. We had leftover asparagus from our last meal prep and we were able to use that up as one of our veggies. I highly recommend including the butternut squash but it seems like you can include any vegetable with this recipe. The butternut squash tasted really great with the mix. Having the sausage on top of the vegetables helped add a great flavor.
My husband has a few great wing recipes. This was another success. The miso paste was difficult to find but made the recipe so don’t skip it. We found the miso paste at a local Asian store; our Publix grocery store didn’t carry the paste.
We made our wings with seasoned potatoes and asparagus. We made this for a Sunday dinner and then had leftovers for the next couple days as our meal prepping.
The black bean breakfast bowl is a regular favorite of mine. I actually am lazy and just microwave the black bean mixture instead of cooking in a third pan. Shh don’t tell anyone!
