Every year I get a new pair of CrossFit shoes. I still keep some of my old ones as spares but the shoes do last the entire year for me (they are good quality shoes aka pricey).
I’m not going to lie, I ditched Reebok a few years ago and defected to Nike’s Metcons. Reebok’s Nanos were too narrow for my feet so I had switched to Nike’s Metcons for a wider shoe.
On Cyber Monday Reebok came through with a 50% off deal that surprisingly included their Nanos! I mean $60 bucks for a pair of Nanos?! Okay, you got me, I’ll try them again. CrossFit shoes are usually not included in promotional discounts with both Reebok and Nike, so this was a true treat.
To my surprise they do have a wider foot now and work for my feet. I still size up a half size for my workout shoes. I am a size 5.5 and size up to a 6.
This is going to sound majorly girly, but I also liked that there was over 20 colors to pick from Reebok’s Nanos verses Nike’s four color choices (of which only two at the time were in my size). The moral of the story… I am not loyal to any brand. Check out all options, styles change!
