Free Workouts
When I owed a CrossFit gym, I did not do the programming. I did not hire a coach to do the programming either. Instead I used programming from another reputable CrossFit gym, CrossFit Invictus (this was allowed). I did my programming a week behind Invictus so I could see the entire week’s workouts at once, made adjustments for my type of athletes accordingly, and changed out movements from the programming as needed.
Today, my husband and I use Street Parking for our workouts. It costs $19 a month to be a member. We not only like that we can do the workouts in our garage, but we enjoy the sense of community they provide with being members. I love how they have different levels and options for their workouts. They even have workouts for individuals new to fitness.
In this post, though, you will see some resources to places where you too can find free workouts. This will be a quick and to the point post with links to the websites. No one has sponsored me for this post. This is just resources I have used and would like to share.
(1) CrossFit Invictus: They provide three different types of workouts; Fitness, Performance, and Competition. When I was younger and really into competition, I would follow their “competition” programming. I used their “performance” programming for my former gym. I would suggest their “fitness” programming if you are newer to working out.
(2) YouTube: I know crazy right, there’s workout videos on YouTube?! I like using YouTube for my yoga practice. I’ll pick at least one a week for a 15-30 yoga flow. That way I am not always practicing things I love and trying different types of yoga flows. My yoga favorites are below:
(3) Amazon Prime: I know not really free but if you already have Prime, then yes now it is free!
Do you have any suggestions? Message me and I will keep adding to the list!
